This piece of pink Depression glassware couldn’t be any more adorable! Made by Fostoria in 1928, the pattern - called as ‘June Pink’ - was one of Fostoria’s most popular & longest running patterns, not being discontinued until 1940. Glassware in this product line was always made with pink glass (as opposed to their ‘June Clear’ product line, which was always made with clear glass) & the etchings are extraordinarily ornate. Each piece has large, dramatic bow tie designs that are decorated with abundant floral patterns that seem to grow off of the bow tie itself, but Fostoria didn’t stop there. Taking it one step further, the makers decided to make bow tie shaped handles on all of the serving dishes in the product line. Measuring 7-3/8” from handle to handle, this classic piece of pink Depression glass is in phenomenal condition and would make a great gift for any lovers of pink glassware, which is becoming more popular by the day.
